Yes, the site visit and preparation of the quote are completely free and non-binding. You only pay when you agree to our quote and confirm the assignment.
How quickly can you be on site?
For a site visit, we usually schedule within 48 hours. In case of production disruptions or emergency interventions, we aim to be present within 24 hours. Contact us by phone for urgent situations.
Do you also work in the Netherlands and Luxembourg?
Yes, CRYOSTRAL serves the entire Benelux region. We carry out assignments in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg — with the same speed and quality standard as in Antwerp.
What information helps you prepare for the site visit?
Type of machine/installation, type of contamination, last cleaning date, any photos and your production planning. The more information, the more targeted our approach — use the upload form for photos.
Can I also contact you outside office hours?
