Industrial Cleaning
Tailor- Made

CRYOSTRAL offers professional dry ice cleaning for every cleaning challenge in industry — chemical-free, without downtime and directly deployable.

The Science

Three Physical Effects, One Result

Dry ice blasting works through three simultaneous processes that together remove dirt completely without leaving any residue behind.

01
Mechanical

Kinetic Impact

The pellet hits the surface with high kinetic energy and breaks the adhesion forces of the contamination at molecular level.

800 m/s
02
Thermal

Thermal Shock

At -78.5°C the contamination freezes instantly. The thermal shock makes the dirt brittle and causes cracks at the contact surface.

-79°C shock
03
Sublimation

Gas Explosion

The dry ice sublimates — solid to gas in microseconds. The 700-fold volume explosion lifts the loosened dirt from the surface.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is your question not listed? Contact us via info@cryostral.be

Yes. Dry ice blasting is non-conductive and leaves no moisture behind. It is one of the few methods that can be safely applied to electrical installations — even when they are under voltage.
An electrical cabinet takes 2-4 hours. A complete production line can take 1-3 days. After the site visit, we always provide an accurate time estimate.
Dry ice blasting leaves no chemical residue, does not damage surfaces and requires no drying time. Your installation is operational again immediately after cleaning — without harmful by-products.
In most cases: yes. Our techniques produce no water, chemical residue or flammable substances. We always coordinate with your operations team.
Always. After every job you receive a complete cleaning report with before/after photo documentation and an official cleaning certificate — fully auditproof.
